Munich / Hamburg, 19.06.2024 – XCharge Europe GmbH (XCharge), a leading provider of high-power and battery-integrated charging solutions for electric vehicles, is showcasing its next innovation at Power2Drive Europe. At the international trade fair for charging infrastructure and electromobility, which takes place in Munich from 19 to 21 June 2024, the public sees the new C7 Slim charging station for the first time. In addition, XCharge is bringing two more first-class products to Munich, the C7 Ultra-fast DC Charger and the Battery-integrated Charger Net Zero Series, which are already in use across Europe.
With the C7 Slim, XCharge has developed a compact charging station that can charge two vehicles quickly at the same time. With a depth of 46.7 cm, it takes up a small footprint of only 0.37 m2. With a charging capacity of up to 240 kW, the C7 Slim is a cost-effective option for charging point operators. When two vehicles use the C7 Slim at the same time, the charging power is flexibly divided into 40 kW increments to ensure optimal charging speed on both sides through dynamic power allocation. The C7 Slim is particularly suitable for locations where space is limited and there is a high demand for fast charging solutions. These include, for example, public parking spaces in front of supermarkets and bus depots. Due to the small footprint, charging point operators hardly need to restructure the parking lot to install the C7 Slim on site, which preserves valuable parking space.
Extensive solution portfolio at the booth
At its booth at Power2Drive Europe, XCharge is showing two other products in addition to the C7 Slim. These include the C7 Ultra-fast charging station with German Eichrecht certification, a charging capacity of up to 400 kW, and integrated cable management that ensures ease of use. Overall, the charging station meets all the requirements for barrier-free construction in public transport and open spaces.
Visitors to the show also see the Net Zero Series. This battery-integrated smart energy solution is one of the finalists in The smarter E AWARD 2024 in the E-Mobility category. With a battery of 233 kWh, the solution offers a charging capacity of up to 210 kW – even with as little as 60 kW input. XCharge also presents the Net Zero Series on-site with a photovoltaic integration demonstration to emphasize its solar compatibility.
With its presence at the show, XCharge underpins its expertise and leading position in the industry, providing unique insights to visitors. At the Power2Drive Forum in Hall C6 (Booth C6.450), Albina Iljasov, Head of Europe at XCharge, presents the Net Zero Series as the next generation of intelligent and efficient charging solutions. Her presentation is part of a session in which all finalists at The smarter E AWARD 2024 present their products. The event starts on June 19, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.
In addition, Christoph Ebersdorfer, Regional Sales Manager DACH at XCharge, talks about “Battery-to-X: Reducing Costs and Stabilizing the Grid” on June 20, 2024, starting at 11:20 a.m. He holds this presentation as part of the panel discussion “The Future of Charging and Discharging: Vehicle-to-Home and Vehicle-to-Load in Action” at booth C6.450 in hall C6. With additional experts taking part in this panel discussion, he looks at the future of e-mobility. The focus is on innovative applications of V2H (Vehicle to Home) and V2L (Vehicle to Load) technologies.
Promotion of the charging infrastructure in Germany
